Data Controller
Sweserv AB is responsible for personal data according to GDPR rules, regulations and intentions for handling of personal data.
Sweserv AB is concerned about the personal integrity for persons visiting our web page, www.sweserv.se, in other way contacting us or are registered in our CRM-system. We are responsible and ensure that personal data handled by us is used only for intended purposes. We protect them from un-authorised access and/or use.

Handling of personal data

We save and maintain your personal data as long as needed for fulfilling our business agreements and providing our services or deem that there is a legitimate other reason or call from relevant authorities, for extended storing.
The right to processing your personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Sweserv AB or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child
These ”legitimate interests” are based on the assumption that we communicate with you only in your professional capacity, keeps you informed and connect to one or more of below described relevant purposes.

• Informing you about activities and visits you could be interested to participate in
• Contacting you and provide you with requested support or services
• Contacting you in connection with recruitment, if you contacted us first.
We will also save personal data for being able to perform customer segmentation and prioritisation.
Your rights when you give us your personal data
We store and handle data that is relevant for the purposes described above only. As informant and owner of your personal data you always have the right to:

• Request that the information is altered or updated
• Request that your personal data is erased

When entrusting Sweserv AB your personal data, you should feel safe and secure. Hence we take all reasonable steps and measures to protect your data. Your personal data will never be sold or transferred to external part for other purposes than described in this policy.
Storing and handling of personal data is always in obedience to applicable rules and regulations of Swedish and EU laws for personal integrity. All systems are configured and/or adapted for this purpose.
